there might be some revelation from the computer's machine code, to procedural programming, and functional, declarative programming, and then to object-oriented programming. So it seems like Moore is going beyond the OOP into the further development

@geoffreymoore - but what about the situation where I am re-launching a brand? where I am drastically changing the consumers groups I am talking to? Does all this apply only to disruptive products / tech or in fact the approach and the job to be done stands for any situation where you are entering a new space?

I think he was the talk of the town, but nobody said anything about him publicly (there was on article and that was about it). Excellent point regarding prioritization and limiting H2 initiatives to only one at a time! In my experience failure to prioritize is the cause of many problems in big business. Leaders have to take the risk of being wrong and betting on the wrong horse to have any chance of getting one across the finish line. Without the cohesive focus across the key resources to make these things happen, you basically end up with several half-baked initiatives.
